Prices are per person per night / week
Tariff is per person in a fully occupied room, and includes cooked English breakfast. Bookings taken for a minimum of 3 nights between July 11 and Sept 03. Single occupancy of a double room is charged at 75% of adult double occupancy rate. supplements may apply for one and two night stays and bank holidays.
We may charge the greater of one night or 20% of total stay for cancellation less than one week before reserved arrival date and if we are unable to re-let the room. Any refund given is subject to a 10% administration charge.
No reductions can be made for breakfast not taken, or early departure.
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am.
Non refundable deposit of £40 per person is required to secure a booking.

| Terms & Conditions Please view our tariff page for current prices. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Please settle accounts in full on arrival. Food may not be brought on to the premises without prior consent of the proprietors. Guests are not permitted to bring visitors in without prior permission, for everyones safety. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse entry, or ask to leave immediately, any person causing disruption to other guests, or in such a way that a breach of peace or safety issue is likely. No refund will be given for any stay cut short in those circumstances. Disabilities Please check with us as everybody has different requirements. Parking Parking is available to the front and rear of the hotel however, we can not take responaibility for cars left in the car park. Smoking All rooms and communal areas are strictly non-smoking. There are tables and chairs outside for smokers. Damage We reserve the right to charge for any damages, accidentally or otherwise caused, and compensation for any interruption to the buiness. Keys Lost keys will be charged for at £10 per key |
