The premises are found on the level part of Sands Road, Paignton opposite the church. There is a large tarmac car-park, with additional 6 parking spaces around the side of property at the back.
There are three steps to the patio area, plus another two steps to the front door. There is a wide reception area, and guest's sun lounge.
There is another step up to the landing of the ground floor where there are Bedrooms 1-8, and a Wet room. NB. We do have a toilet stand and stool if required.
There is a disabled ramp (some find this steep) to the right of the premises which leads to the end of the ground floor corridor.
Bedrooms 9 to 18 are on the upper floor where there are 12 steps leading to a half landing then a further 6 steps (No Lift).
The Dining room is situated on the lower ground floor which is accessed by 14 steps with handrails on both sides or by an external entrance via the rear walkway. This is suitable for wheelchair users or for those who are not able to do stairs.
We do not have a lift.
